NAMI Sonoma

NAMI’s free educational programs help individuals successfully recover from the challenges of mental illness by providing science-based information, sharing the wisdom gained from lived experience and offering an opportunity to create and find invaluable support networks. These programs raise understanding of mental illness, reduce stigma and give people affected by mental illness concrete resources and hope for the speediest possible recovery.
